Phoenix House
A Safe, Supportive Shared Home for LGBTQIA+ People
Phoenix House is a peer-led, inclusive shared living space designed for LGBTQIA+ people who are neurodivergent seeking safety, connection, and personal growth.
Located in Perth, Phoenix House offers more than just a roof over your head—it’s a place to belong.
LGBTQIA+ people in Australia are more than twice as likely to experience homelessness than the general population, with drivers including family rejection, discrimination, violence, and trauma.
In Western Australia, many LGBTQIA+ individuals face housing instability without access to safe, affirming environments. Phoenix House responds to this need by offering a home built on respect and peer support.
Phoenix House is a collaborative initiative between The Peer Practice, Queer & Diverse Pathways, and Nesti, delivered in partnership with the Department of Communities
