We provide the structure and non-judgmental presence you need to stop procrastinating and start doing.
Productivity Partnering: Focus and Action, Together
Join us every two weeks for a focused, online work session designed to help you finally get those lingering tasks done. This is a dedicated block of time where you can harness the powerful effects of shared accountability.
A Qualified Peer Mentor from The Peer Practice will host the session, sitting with the group as your dedicated accountability buddy. Their quiet, non-judgmental presence helps keep you anchored and on track, moving you from intention to action.
What is Body Doubling and How Does it Help?
Body Doubling is a proven productivity technique where one person completes tasks while another person is there for accoundability, also working on their own tasks or just simply being present.
This technique is incredibly effective for people with Executive Function challenges, including those who are neurodivergent (such as individuals with ADHD or Autism). Here’s why coming together works:
Increased Focus: The presence of another person (the "body double") can provide just enough external stimulation to kickstart and maintain focus.
External Accountability: Knowing someone is aware of the task you need to complete helps override the impulse to procrastinate or switch activities.
Reduced Overwhelm: It makes mundane or difficult tasks less lonely by fostering a sense of shared, collaborative effort.
This session is built on the understanding that simply being in a space with others who are also trying to "get life done" is a powerful tool. Log in, get comfortable, and let's get productive!
What to Bring:
Your computer/device (camera optional, but encouraged for connection).
Your task list (work, paperwork, cleaning plan, etc.).

The Peer Practice Difference
Our programs are grounded in real-life experience, not just theory. Every session is inspired by the lessons our facilitators have learned, the obstacles they've overcome, and the challenges they've faced.
While the specific Peer Mentor hosting the session may vary from time to time, they are all dedicated to providing the support we wish we had when we needed it most. You will always find encouragement, empowerment, and practical tools to help you move forward.
