Busy Brain Reboot Program

For busy brains, overthinkers and people who accidentally walked into a room and forgot why.

Trauma-Aware Series

Let's be honest.

Modern life is a lot.

Notifications. Responsibilities. Expectations. Unfinished to-do lists. Intrusive thoughts. Helpful thoughts. Unhelpful thoughts. That conversation from three years ago that suddenly replays at 2am.

For many of us, slowing down isn't the challenge.

Knowing how to slow down is.

Busy Brains Reboot is a 7-week program designed to help you better understand your mind, attention, relationships and wellbeing through mindfulness, reflection and practical self-awareness.

No chanting.

No perfect posture.

No expectation that you'll clear your mind.

Just real conversations, practical skills and a chance to explore what helps your brain work with you rather than against you.

What makes it different?

Mindfulness for real people.

At The Peer Practice, we know that traditional mindfulness doesn't always feel accessible.

Busy Brains Reboot was created for people who:

  • Feel like their brain never stops

  • Spend a lot of time overthinking

  • Are curious about mindfulness but don't know where to start

  • Want practical wellbeing tools that actually feel realistic

  • Are navigating stress, burnout or life challenges

  • Want to understand themselves more deeply

  • Appreciate learning in a supportive and non-judgemental environment

Many participants are neurodivergent, although you don't need to identify as neurodivergent to take part!

We combine lived experience, practical learning, discussion and reflection to create a program that feels approachable, relatable and genuinely useful.

Over 7 weeks we explore…

This program combines mindfulness, self-reflection and lived experience perspectives to help participants better understand themselves, their relationships and the ways they respond to life's challenges.

Together, we'll explore:

  • Attention and awareness

  • Self-understanding

  • Emotional wellbeing

  • Relationships and communication

  • Boundaries and self-compassion

  • Stress, overwhelm and busy minds

  • Practical mindfulness skills for everyday life

It's about understanding yourself a little better and developing skills that support the life you already have!
