Peer-Led Support

Support for Me or Someone I care About.

Support from people who’ve been there too.

We get it. We’re Here.

Life can be beautiful, messy, exhausting, confusing, joyful and completely overwhelming. Sometimes all before breakfast!

Whether you're looking for support for yourself, a family member, partner, friend or someone you care deeply about, you've landed in the right place.

We're people who have navigated our own challenges, faced our own storms and learned a few things along the way. We use those experiences to walk alongside others with honesty, respect and genuine understanding.

Humans are wonderfully complicated, so we've learned that support isn't one-size-fits-all. Have a scroll, follow your curiosity and see what feels like a good fit.

One-to-One Support.

A human in your corner.

Connect with someone who understands that life can be complicated. Together we'll explore what's going on, what's important to you, and what moving forward might look like.

Busy Brains Reboot.

74 tabs open? So do we!

A program that teaches practical tools for busy, overwhelmed and neurodivergent brains. Less pressure to be calm, more support to work with the brain you've got.

Trauma Awareness.

Making sense of survival.

A series that explores how trauma can shape our thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and learn ways to better understand ourselves and others.

Not shying away from the hard conversations.

When things feel really hard, it can be difficult to know what to do next. Whether you're experiencing suicidal thoughts yourself or supporting someone you care about, we'll walk you through ways to explore staying connected, finding support and navigating the tough stuff together.

Suicide Prevention.

Empowering Workplaces

Our favourite qualification?

Being human.

The people at Peer Practice bring professional skills, training and experience.

We also bring something that's a little harder to put on a business card.

Life experience.

We've sat in waiting rooms, attended appointments, searched for answers and tried to put one foot in front of the other during difficult times.

The reason Peer Practice exists is simple.

The support we once needed is the support we're now passionate about offering others.
