Meditation & Mindfulness Workshop for Busy Brains!

Workshop Overview

Mindfulness isn’t about sitting cross-legged for hours or chasing perfection—it’s about learning to come back to yourself, one breath at a time. At The Peer Practice, we know what it’s like to have a “busy brain” or feel like there’s never enough time. Our team has lived it, and we’re here to share what’s worked for us in real life—not just theory!

This workshop is a back-to-basics, no-fluff introduction to meditation and mindfulness. Think practical skills, space to reflect, and a chance to connect with people who get it.

Date: Sunday, 1st February, 2026

Time: 10:00am - 2:00pm

Location: North Perth Location (to be shared with attendees)

What We Will Explore (Key Areas)

Try Different Techniques: Explore simple mindfulness practices and meditation styles: find what feels right for you!

  1. Reflect & Reset: Take time to notice what’s been holding you back and how to make room for calm this year.

  2. Real Talk: No magical shortcuts, no jargon—just honest, lived experience and tools you can actually use.

  3. Community Vibes: Meet like-minded people who value authenticity and connection.

Why Now?

The start of a new year is the perfect time to pause and set intentions. Mindfulness won’t erase life’s ups and downs—but it will help you meet them with clarity and calm. Like learning to ride a bike, it takes practice (and yes, falling off is part of the process).
